3 Bedroom Ranch Style Home in the Quiet Country

Relax with friends or family at this peaceful retreat! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home sits on beautiful acreage a few miles northeast of Lebanon Oregon. It features 6 comfortable beds, 1 King, 1 Queen, a full futon, bunkbeds & a Twin. A fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, GAME garage, carport, big closets, 3 big smart tvs, wifi, large yard, bbq, kitties, a fire pit, games and more! Relax on the covered patio with a cup of coffee or wine, and a beautiful, country sunset!

Private entrance, clean, welcoming space, private driveway. Owners on site, are quiet and respectful, connected but separate dwelling. Baked treats, fresh eggs, organic coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, tea and a fully stocked kitchen! Smart TV, excellent Wifi. Minutes to OSU/Downtown/Hospital. Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby. Cottage not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Cob House (Earth Home, Hot Tub, Garden, River)

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw, just like they did centuries ago. This cozy, retreat offers a peaceful escape into nature with all the comfort & privacy you need to unwind. Inside, with a queen-sized bed, a AC/Heater and coffee & tea & snacks. The private deck is clothing-optional. The hot tub to soak under the stars. Between each stay, the space is saged to refresh the energy and welcome you anew. Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed.

Lunar Suite at Arandu Food Forest

Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. Barn Stay USA, An Adult Getaway!

We offer a private bunkhouse room with a queen bed, two guests per room. If you are in need of additional rooms please inquire for pricing we are happy to offer the 2nd room if needed. In the rooms you will enjoy Air, TV, mini frig & coffeemakers. The bathhouse is shared just steps from rooms. Also on property is an inground pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and outdoor movies upon request. WIFI limited to pool area. Our 4 + acre property is our pride and joy and one that everyone enjoys.

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.
