Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano di un complesso fronte mare sulla spiaggia di Canneto nell'Isola di Lipari raggiungibile attraversando la strada! Inoltre, l'alloggio dispone di un bellissimo terrazzo privato a ridosso della spiaggia che a detta dei nostri clienti, é l'attrazione più richiesta nonché più gradita nelle nostre recensioni. Al piano terreno della stessa struttura, la comodità di un supermercato con frutta fresca e macelleria. A 15 metri la fermata del bus per il centro.

La Residenza, affacciata sulla splendida Baia di Canneto, nell'Isola di Lipari, è una antica dimora signorile recentemente ristrutturata, che gode di una delle più belle viste delle isole Eolie. Aria condizionata in tutte le camere, sala e cucina. La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 60 scalini). Il fiore all'occhiello è rappresentato dalla terrazza privata, che si affacciano sulla baia di Canneto.

Silenziosa, sopra una scogliera da cui si accede con scala interna in una piccola spiaggia privata a meno di un minuto a piedi. Dalla casa c’è un sentiero panoramico che porta alle ex spiagge bianche raggiungibili in meno di 10 minuti. La casa offre uno splendido panorama su Stromboli e Panarea. Due terrazzi, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale due bagni e ampie docce. Sopra mansarda con tre letti e bagno.

Just a few meters above sea level, you can hear the sound of the waves from the house. The sea is reachable in just a few minutes via a private footpath. A natural rock pool allows swimming at any hour. A beautiful beach is also accessible by foot or even by swimming.

Casa Angela, dimora di charme nel centro di Lipari

L'alloggio è situato lungo la via Francesco Crispi, a due passi dall'imbarcadero degli Aliscafi. Si tratta quindi di una zona centralissima raggiungibile a piedi e servita da negozi, supermercati e pubblici esercizi. Nonostante ciò la terrazza della casa da sul prospetto lato monte, garantisce quindi un'assoluta tranquillità e una vista rilassante!

La casa è attrezzata per un uso personale, con arredi non dozzinali. La location è caratteristica, praticamente circondata da bar e ristoranti sulla piazza di Marina Corta, da dove partono anche tutte le gite organizzate per le isole . Sotto casa c'è un diving e ci sono gli uffici di coloro che organizzano le gite in barca.
