As Villas Green Superior albergam uma sala de estar com lareira, cozinha totalmente equipada e três quartos com casa de banho (máximo seis pessoas). Contêm igualmente uma piscina exterior (sem vedação) e jardim que inclui também zona de barbecue. São casas geminadas, exigem supervisão quanto à locomoção de crianças pequenas e não são igualmente indicadas para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
