Southern Charm Cottage with Screened Porch & Golf Cart

Embrace the chic new aesthetic of this redesigned residence. The home features an open-concept layout, nautical-themed decor with blue touches, wood finishes, a BBQ patio, and two screened porches with a swing and relaxing views of a wooded backyard. Inlet Retreat has 3 charming bedrooms with a central common area great for gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower and tub area and a walk in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bath with the coolest barn door style shower door. Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. Please text with any questions you may have. I live in the area and am available as needed. Inlet Retreat is located in a casual neighborhood that offers privacy with its 1/2 acre lot. The property is a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shopping at the popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. We recommend car transportation to other attractions. Uber is readily available.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit beautifully decorated. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Quality sheets and towels for your comfort. Plenty of hangers. Washer and dryer..2 patio seatings, a private screen porch. Access to Litchfield By The Sea a private beach community with ample parking and bathrooms. 163 Heron Marsh #64 is a condo located in the Heron Marsh area of the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. It's right beside the beach access and is a very short walk to the ocean. It has two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus room off the master set up as a children's room. The resort includes a pool, tennis courts, fishing, crabbing, and is great for biking. It is located in the quiet coastal town of Pawley's Island, but is within an easy drive of the attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Welcome to Pawleys Paradise. You will love our quiet coastal cottage on a cul-de-sac street that backs up to the Marsh. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch. After a long day at the beach it is great to have 3 full bathrooms, (with a tankless water heater) so everyone gets a hot shower to head out to one of the great restaurants in the area. This is the PERFECT house for your vacation! Our Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island Beach house is located on a low country saltwater creek, with gorgeous views from two screened in porches, a patio area for roasting oysters and a private dock! Beach access is easy, just a 5 minute walk over the little bridge. This home is tastefully decorated with views to die for. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine while you watch the birds fly by each evening!
