Built 20 meters into a hillside, the villa naturally harnesses air circulation, drawing in fresh Aegean breezes through large openings at the back of the structure. This architectural technique helps maintain a consistently cool indoor temperature throughout the day. Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. Seaview Garden Villa, Heated pool & Sauna

NOTICE 1: The heating of the pool and sauna is available upon request at least 4 days in advance, with an extra cost (covering the electricity cost). Please contact us for the price and details regarding the temperature that can be reached, which depends on the outside weather conditions. NOTICE 2: For winter reservations (November 1st to March 31st), please contact us before booking for details regarding the temperature of the pool. During winter time, it may not be possible to heat the pool!

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached following a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests.
