Old-Fashioned Oceanside Cottage

Take in the ocean views & salt air & take a step back in time at our old-fashioned cottage. Constructed in the 70’s, most original fixtures & furnishings remain. Disconnect as much as you like, as cell service isn’t available in the town but there is wifi at the house. Make the most of simpler times: play records on the old record player & enjoy the picture perfect views at your doorstep. It’s a super clean & comfortable spot & a perfect destination to experience the tranquility of outport NL.

This is a double bedroom with lots of character. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging available - Level 2 (50 Amp) NACS & J1772, and Starlink internet available! Enjoy the quiet of Indian Arm Lake! Canoe/kayak, fish, swim, take a sauna or sit on the patio and watch the sunset with a fire in the fire pit! Stove/BBQ available. Mountain bikes available to ride the Trans-Canada Trail and backcountry roads to see wildlife. Breakfast is provided to start your day right! We live here in the third bedroom.

Forget your worries in this spacious and bright bungalow nestled on a serene cove in the scenic and quiet fishing town of Leading Tickles. This newly renovated, Mediterranean inspired space is situated steps from the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy a picnic on the grass, relax by the firepit, take a salt water plunge, and find peace watching the sunset while keeping an eye out for visiting proposes, orcas, humpbacks and curious seals. Come as you are and live your beach shack dreams for a while.

The Wolf Art Room at Woodhaven on Indian Arm Pond

This is a queen bedroom with lots of Wolf Art character. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging - Level 2 (50 Amp) NACS & J1772, Starlink available. You can canoe/kayak, fish, swim from our beach area, take a sauna or just sit on the patio and watch the sunset with our stone fire pit! Two bikes are available to ride on the Trans-Canada Trail and the backcountry roads to experience the wildlife. A full breakfast is provided to give you a good start to your day. We live here in the third bedroom.

Spectacular 3-Bdrm Cottage w/ Hot Tub

Enjoy this beautiful, spacious property with the whole family. Situated on the waterfront of Indian Arm Pond you are minutes away from salmon fishing, ATV trails, groomed snowmobile trails, etc. Located on the 2 acre property is a private dock, swimming area, boat launch, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and a large 2-tier patio. Only seconds off the TCH, the cottage is centrally located between Gander & Grand Falls-Windsor. Planned Experiences available upon request.

Woodhaven Island Lodge is a remote log cabin offering total off-the-grid living with solar and backup generator power, and Starlink internet. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging available - Level 2 (50 Amp) NACS & J1772. The lodge has 1 double and 1 queen beds. The lodge is located on an island on Indian Arm Pond. Accessible by boat, kayaks, canoe, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. There are 2 single kayaks and 17’ canoe with a liability waiver. Parking/boat is provided for access.

The Lighthouse Inn Burlington

Our Lighthouse Inn has 4 levels. The first level is kitchen /sitting area and bathroom with shower. The second has a comfortable cozy bedroom for two . And a washroom just outside the bedroom. The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! Quiet area! Nice if your looking for a little get away with a very unique space!
