We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. Our home is close to the town center, beaches, restaurants, local farm stands and winery. You’ll love our place because of the two cozy bedrooms upstairs & large living room downstairs. There is no kitchen, but we have an outdoor grill and private terrace at your disposal. Our large, beautiful property is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We are flexible when it comes to check-in and offer the use of our in-ground pool as part of your package.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
