Nearby, you can marvel at landmarks such as Herkimer Home and Lock 17. Further away, you can hike and ski the Adirondacks or visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

Welcome to The Homestead in Little Falls, NY located just minutes off the NYS Thruway. The Homestead was built in the 1910"s . As you enter the home you will see the stairs to the second floor where the two bedrooms are located . To the right of the entryway is the living room to the left is the dining room, The kitchen is right off from the dining room fully furnished with everything you will need for cooking. The bathroom is just off from the dining room. A cozy little home to stay.

Welcome to the Diamond Suite at Diamond Mountain. This is a private luxury suite located in a historic home we call the Diamond House. The property consists of 190 acres of wooded trails and open fields through a working Herkimer Diamond crystal mine. The Diamond house is set back from a cliff with scenic views of the Mohawk River valley below. Your suite features a private entrance and outdoor seating to take it all in. A truly beautiful and unique place to make some special memories.

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. The screened-in front porch provides the opportunity to relax on the couch or dine at the spacious banquette, all while taking in the beauty of the Upstate New York surroundings. With its proximity to several universities and local attractions, this cottage keeps you connected while offering a wonderfully peaceful getaway.

All Aboard! Riverfront FJ&G Caboose

Located on our Mohawk Riverfront Property this beautifully renovated historic caboose was originally a D&H (Delaware Hudson) transfer caboose. Later sold to service the FJ&G Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville area in upstate NY. Includes a full kitchen, full bath and loft area with a double bed. First floor has a queen pull out sofa bed. Smart TV and internet included as well as local channels. Well behaved pets allowed.

Welcome to "THE STEAD" @ Lyons Family Homestead. A unique secluded tiny home nestled up on the hill of our 19-acre farm. Surrounded by nature and lots of friendly animals.
