We beat the old 1-2 of Huricaines Helene and Milton and are ready to host you. This is a great, renovatred , one bath flat, in the heart of Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.

This location is in the slower more peaceful part of Florida, there is a water taxi that will take you to the island and rum bay bar for $6/person. Englewood beach is not far away either. Activities abound in this area, including kayaking, biking, walking trails, fishing, charters, boat rentals, golfing and many bars and restaurants. And hang out at the community pool.
