Woodhaven is located on Pegasus Farm. This is a rustic country setting, clean, with lots of charm. Fully equipped kitchen, a loft a with double bed, a double bed downstairs, electric heater and a wood heat stove. This beautiful structure is loaded with exotic redwood, a maple floor and stone accents. Built and furnished with recycled and reclaimed materials. The owners live in the beige farm house, there are two small cabins in the garden that we rent nightly, and there is a communal fire ring .

The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well behaved pets welcome! 240 and 140V plugs available in driveway - bring your own plug for car charging.

Steep driveway and ladder to loft limit accessibility. For the young adventurer!!

Step out of the crazy, busy world onto a forty acre permaculture farm. Relax in Two small cabins with cozy cotton sheets, down comforter queen bed, heater with a wood burning shepherds stove. Off grid Power and high speed internet. Next to the cabin a separate building with kitchen and shower. BBQ and fire pit . Bring your own wood for the fire pit. Outdoor bathroom. Small frig . I allow dogs in this space, their own bedding required. Trails to creek, stars in a dark sky.
