Cozy cabin with large bedrooms and living area. Close to waterfalls, hiking trails, climbing, kayaking and Mentone itself. Desoto Falls entrance within 2 miles. Desoto State Park entrance 3 miles. Mentone 5 miles away with quirky stores and restaurants. 25 minutes to McLemore and The Keep golf. Can also be rented as a 4 bed 2 bath w/Cub House

Johnnie’s Hideaway

Johnnie’s Hideaway sits on a private wooded lot on Johnnie’s Creek. Close to destinations such as Little River Canyon, Mentone, Desoto State Park, Weiss Lake, are all a short drive. Our cabin sleeps six with a queen bed on main floor, and two full beds in loft area. Main floor has 2 baths with utility room, fully appointed kitchen, dining/living room combo which features a two story rock fireplace with gas logs. A covered wrap around porch & sun deck on the back make great outdoor spaces.

Hideaway Cabin by the Water

Hideaway cabin is located outside of Little River Canyon on top of Appalachian Mountain. Make yourself at home in this cozy cabin with sunset views from the front porch and view of a natural water/pond from the screened porch/deck. Enjoy your stay, relaxing and listening to the birds and other country sounds at night while sitting out on the screened porch or deck. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with ensuites and sofa bed. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower off the living room.
