Small self-contained annexe
Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Leafy Cabin Haven
Escape to our newly refurbished, air-conditioned and private detached cabin. Longer stays welcome. A tranquil haven perfectly situated in Iffley Borders: a 12 minute bus ride into Oxford city centre, a 10 minute walk to the river and within easy access to the ring road. The cabin has its own private entrance, patio, and section of the garden. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. Fully equipped with its own kitchen, TV, power shower, washer/dryer.

Annexe within summer garden
This light & airy annexe is the perfect place for a trip to Oxford, minimalist decor with subtle influences of Bali. Situated at the bottom of our garden, you’ll have full privacy in this self contained unit. Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

Oxford Beehive Studio with free off street parking
This comfortable cosy self contained studio annex is located 2km from Oxford city centre. Adjoining the owners home, it has off street parking and a separate enterance. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the room, but not a kitchen. Private en-suite with shower. The owner offers laundry service on request. There is fibre WiFi and smart tv with Netflix and a study space. It is a 2 minute walk to CO-OP, post office, chemist, pub and bus stop. Bus 35 into Oxford takes 15 mi

Cosy, well-equipped studio located at the end of our garden. Complete with kitchen and shower room. Suitable for short or medium length stays for you to enjoy Oxford! Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University too. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.

St Georges Manor, Modern Penthouse Apartment
Are you looking for something a bit more special? Then you may have found it. St George's Manor is set in a private gated development with 13 acres of mature landscaped gardens. The Grade 2 listed former Victorian hospital has been converted into luxury dwellings and is regarded as one of Oxfords premier locations. The apartment benefits from a recent high end redecoration throughout with bold Farrow & Ball colours and feature walls, plush new carpets, new kitchen and appliances.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
