The 2 levels are seperated by stairs, with the lower level as the owners private apartment(unit) within the same house. This home is located in a small neighborhood surrounded by woods. You'll enjoy calming views and frequent wildlife visitors. Decor is eclectic & comfortable!

This updated family home contains approximately 2750 sf of finished space. It contains 4 bedrooms, containing 1 king sized bedroom, 1 queen sized bedroom, 2 double bed bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. There are 2 living rooms, 1 in the main living area and 1 in the basement. It has a writing desk that can be used as a work space. There are two decks, 1 of which has patio furniture and a gas grill. This is a non-smoking home.
