Amber Lake Lodge sits just outside Livingston Manor, a quaint-turned-trendy town just a 1hr 45min drive from NYC's George Washington Bridge. With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, the house can sleep 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.

River view:

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Cottage by the River

Cozy country home located in the Catskills. It is perfect for a weekend getaway. Walk out to river views and multicolor leaves an ideal fall setting. Fire pit and wood on site to make a fire at night and enjoy the stars. There is a small town and local breweries only 5 minutes away. What the siding lacks, the fully renovated inside will surely not disappoint. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms that will comfortable fit up to 10 guests.

Renovated One room schoolhouse nestled in the Catskill Mountains. Outfitted with solar panels, an indoor full bathroom and an outdoor shower with a private refreshing stream in the backyard. Walk out the the door for wonderful hiking. Close to town and a micro brewery at the end of the road! Relax and be creative in the woods! Full kitchen!
