Located in an old tobacco factory, trendy neighbourhood of Ljubljana city center, perfect starting point to explore the city. This apartment is one of the 6 apartments located together. It is a great option for different (family) groups who wants to spend their vacation separated but also located in the same location.

Our place is placed in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the main square, Plečnik food market etc. It is surounded by Ljubljanica river on one side and Ljubljana Castle hill on the other. Many art and culture spots such as alternative Rog and Metelkova place are just a short walk away. You’ll love our place because of special ambient, 4 metres high ceiling, spacious and light rooms inside the 130 year old building, includes original retro furniture. It includes the free private parking! :)

Luxury Holiday Home with hot tub is surrounded with beautiful nature near the horse ranch and it is perfect for weekend getaway or a longer stay. Featuring a sauna, hot tub, terase, living room with sofa and a TV, electric fireplace, dining area, kitchen, with a dishwasher and all the accessories. There is a private bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On upper floor there is a private sauna with hot tub, walk in shower, separate WC and two bedrooms. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Koča je odlično izhodišče za sprehode in pohode po okolici in vrhovih v bližini ali kolesarjenje s cestnim, goskim ali e-kolesom.
