New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. It is 300m from The King Arthur, an award-winning pub, and provides a great base for exploring Gower's beautiful beaches. It is also ideally located for people attending weddings at Fairy Hill (Oldwalls). The cottage sleeps up to six people, although two beds are in a mezzanine above the kitchen (access via a pull-down ladder). This area is not suitable for very young children or for elderly guests.
