The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Just ten minutes drive from Cardiff centre. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Studio Flat

The Studio is located in the sought after village of Whitchurch, a beautiful area of North Cardiff. Whitchurch is just a 5 minute drive from M4 & 10 minutes into the city centre. The Studio is within walking distance to a selection of local shops, bakery, chemist, pubs & fantastic restaurants. The studio is newly refurbished with underfloor heating. Widescreen Hd TV, DVD, amazon firestick & Bluetooth speaker for your music. There is an additional £10 charge for use of the sofa bed.

Self contained 1 bedroom annex with easy access to the city centre. Ideal accommodation for exploring Cardiff. On the door step of shops, restaurants, takeaways and local pubs. Local to Heath hospital. Modern finish throughout, bedroom with king size bed and open plan kitchen lounge area with small double sofa bed. 47" smart tv with free access to Netflix and WIFI. Close links to M4, 12 minute bus route in to the city centre.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.

Private & Compact hideaway, Llandaff North

A compact, quiet and private hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.

The Lakeside Lodge

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish. The Little Lake Lodge

Our quaint outhouse has been lovingly renovated into a cosy and snug studio space. Refurbished to a high standard it offers everything you need for a home away from home! With its own entrance means you have all the contactless, privacy you need. NO CLEANING or EXTRA PERSON FEE
