Each bedroom suite features soaring ceilings, a clawfoot tub, a private bathroom, a cloudlike Beautyrest mattress, and a flat-screen TV.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. This central Texas, hidden gem is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic weekend. Deer-watch and star-gaze from our large balconey. Relax or play on our sand beach. Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

Private with stunning views, this beautifully refurbished 1950’s A-frame on Lake LBJ is the perfect weekend getaway. Enjoy the wildlife and peaceful setting from the back deck or, if it’s cold, stay toasty inside and view the wildlife while snuggled in front of the fire, listening to vintage albums. You will likely not see another person unless you venture out to the nearby state parks and/or wineries or to town for antiquing. Canoe & gear provided, you bring the bait!
