Explore an expansive viewpoint of the Texas Hill Country. This handbuilt, one-of-a-kind treehouse is nestled on 37 forested acres. With its unique design and stylish interiors, private half mile hiking trail, hammocks, and screened in porch, the treehouse invites you unwind, rest, and recharge in nature. You won’t be surrounded by other Airbnbs here. Book a night or two and enjoy some peace. (The covered outside staircase takes you from the downstairs kitchen/bathroom to the 2nd floor bedroom.)

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the additional large patio and fire pit. Pets are welcome at your own risk. We have natural wildlife and our donkeys on the property. Keep them leashed at all times. Hope to host ya!

Chertecho Tree Tower

Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Glass walls open to the wooded slopes of Big Hill, a ridge separating the Pedernales and Guadalupe watersheds halfway between Comfort and Fredericksburg. A place to unplug, and reconnect.
