A two double bedroom Cottage situated next to the Berwyn mountains just 2.4 km from the Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, the highest single drop waterfall in the UK. In addition to the two double bedrooms there are two single beds on a large landing area suitable for two children. Two medium sized dogs are allowed. dog's are allowed downstairs only.

Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

From the patio enjoy the magnificent views of the Eryri mountains. The perfect location for hikers with walks from the doorstep.
