200 year old Gardener's cottage, Mid Wales

Dan y Coed means 'under the trees'. Our cottage has nestled under the wooded hillside of Tan yr Allt for 200 years. The cottage is on the outskirts of Llanidloes, a 10 minute walk to town. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and the cottage is equipped to a high standard. We welcome all people and well behaved pets (downstairs). It is located in beautiful upland Montgomeryshire mountain on the eastern escarpment of Bryn y fan on the Cambrian Mountains and has spectacular 35 mile views down the Trannon & Severn Valleys with distant mountains cradling the view, situated at 1100 feet. With a large flat terrace garden ideal for bbqs, children and for games, badminton, football etc

We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday.
