Casa Xochitl is great for couples, families, or groups of friends who love small town Mexico! It’s a traditional hacienda style home with lots of shaded places to relax in the front garden and backyard pool areas. Located two blocks from many of San Pancho's best restaurants and taco stands, and three blocks from the beach, Casa Xochitl is both removed from, yet totally accessible to San Pancho culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities. Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. This new suite offers incredible ocean & jungle views. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the singing jungle birds. It is in a very quiet and peaceful part of town. From here there is a staircase that leads to a large sundeck with lounge chairs. The beach is a five minute walk where you can find three restaurants to enjoy.
