Direttamente sul mare a Suvachi una delle cale più belle, dammuso con tre camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina, patio, due bagni, una comoda doccia esterna con acqua calda, possibilità di accedere alle cupole per ammirare il tramonto. L'ingresso è riservato ai soli veicoli dei residenti e dei loro ospiti, vi verrà fornito un telecomando per il cancello carraio, l'auto la si può parcheggiare di fronte a casa dove nel piccolo porticciolo di pescatori è possibile attraccare gommoni o piccole barche.

Classico dammuso originale. Dal suo terrazzo si osserva tutta la contrada di Scauri e lo sguardo si perde all'orizzonte. si compone di un grande salone, cucina, camera da letto e bagno con doccia. Un secondo piccolo bagno con vaso, lavandino e doccia si trova adiacente alla cucina. Il terrazzo dispone di amaca, tavolo, sdraio e la vista è sul tramonto.
