Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

"Casa la Rustica", arredamento funzionale e confortevole, adatta a tutti, per chi cerca il relax, per chi ama passeggiare in montagna o per chi cerca delle escursioni impegnative. Vicino avete il bellissimo fiume con le sue acque verdi. E molto vicina all' area Boulder. Per uso privato: giardino e barbecue. Scalinata (15 scalini) fino a la casa. Parcheggio privato per due auto. Negozio alimentare 700 m, ristorante 200 m, fermata bus 250 m, piscina 15 km, stabilimento balneare 15 km.

The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.
