Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. I expect to be at the lodge to meet you when you arrive. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Romantic Eco Hideaway with Breathtaking Loch Views

The Bolthole is an artist designed cabin with utterly spellbinding views down Loch Awe. It is an off grid, furnished and very cosy cabin which sleeps 2 in a double bed. Relax by the woodburning stove, boil a cup of tea in the whistling kettle while you watch the birds, or walk 80m to the loch to wild swim, fish, read in one of the hammocks or have a barbecue. Lie out on dark evenings to watch the stars, enjoy the silence and escape from the demands of the modern world..

Loch Awe Camping Pod 4 with Mountain and Loch View

Cosy camping pod overlooking Loch Awe, with stunning mountain views. A total of 6 dog friendly pods are located adjacent to lochawe in the village of Dalavich. Pod 4 has 1 dbl and 1 sgl bed and a mattress for kids. The village has a shop, licensed cafe and pub (seasonal opening), bike hire are available nearby. Bring everything you would as if you were camping except the tent, there are shared public toilet facilities with hot water and an outside tap for drinking water.

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.
