The Fort William to Oban cycle path passes right outside the garden gate. The village has a convenience store and seasonal cafe, which are just 2 minutes' walk away. This is an ideal base for exploring the West coast of Argyll. Ferries run from Oban to various islands, and the mountains of Glencoe are 45 minutes to the North.

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Sits along side the A830. 1 well behaved dog is permitted at the cottage with prior arrangement. We have beautiful views of the Loch and Ben Nevis. Perfect for couples and families and sits alongside the West Highland Railway line, the cottage is in the enviable position to watch the trains pass the front door. Car is essential in order to see the surrounding areas.
