Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The train runs by on regular basis. Please note in the pictures the pool creates the ambiance to make your stay complete.

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Rural Home Near the Springs

Relax with the family in this peaceful home under trees and blue sky. You'll hear roosters crow in the morning. It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. The Container is outfitted with a Kitchen, Bath and sleeping area. Cozy and quaint is the best way to describe it. The location is in my backyard in College park, near major roadways for easy travel to the theme parks, Winter Park restaurants and Downtown entertainment.
