Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres.
