We are less than 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and about an hour from Dulles and Ronald Regan airports. Comes with a six feet deep private pool available for long-term lodgers only. This space has a ten-foot-tall ceiling, vinyl flooring, new kitchen granite and appliances, extra-large bedroom, and an upgraded bathroom. Indoor games include Billiard, Air hockey, fuzzball, playing cards.

Enjoy a weekend get away or summer fun time at a waterfront property, on the banks of potomac river, 40min from DC. Bring your kayaks, or enjoy swimming in the river.
