Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Seebad Kölpinsee ca. 1 km vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist neu und wird ab 1. Juni 2024 vermietet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie der Bahnhof. Auf ca. 70 m² erwartet eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zweiraumwohnung mit Balkon ihre Gäste. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Lage bietet auch einen idealen Startort für Wanderungen und Radtouren in das Inselhinterland und an das Achterwasser.

Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

In der 1. Etage unseres Hauses bieten wir für 2 Personen eine große Ferienwohnung an. In direkter Nachbarschaft, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus- und Bahnanbindung , sowie inmitten von Ostsee und Achterwasser. Sie gelangen durch Ihren separaten Eingang über ein großzügiges Treppenhaus in den langen Flur Ihrer Ferienwohnung. Von dort aus sind die jeweiligen Zimmer, - Lese-& Abstellraum für Gepäck, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer- gut zu erreichen.

Haus Kornblume. Dein Zuhause auf Rügen.

Vor ein paar Jahren habe ich das Haus mit großer Streuobstwiese, Teich und alter Scheune mitten auf dem Land gekauft. Seitdem wohne hier mit meinem Hund, 5 Schafen und ein paar Hühnern. Die Einnahmen aus der Vermietung helfen uns dabei, den Hof weiter zu entwickeln. In diesem Jahr ist auch eine Katze aus dem Tierheim in der Scheune eingezogen. Deswegen kann ich Hunde nicht mehr prinzipiell erlauben. Schreibt mir gerne, wenn ihr euren Hund mitbringen wollt.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
