Si trova al secondo piano di una villa indipendente, con ampio terrazzo attrezzato con sdraio e tende da sole. Tutta la casa è caratterizzata da un soffitto in legno con travi a vista. L'appartamento è composto da soggiorno dove si trova un camino funzionante e il divano letto, cucina abitabile, camera matrimoniale e bagno con vasca e doccia.
