While staying here you may use the b-ball court & laundry facilities within the campground although the cabins are in a more private area without campground traffic. One private bedroom, one set of bunkbeds in a semiprivate room & a futon that folds out to a bed makes this cabin a great getaway spot for wine lovers, families and lake goers. Select weekends the campground has live music you may enjoy free. Cabin has AC/Heat, Wi-Fi, Smart TV but no cable.

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)
