The cottage is situated near but with total privacy from the main residence & is part of a 50 acre equine establishment with stabling & agistment available if required. Range of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & wineries nearby.

When at the house you get the feeling you could be a million miles away from everywhere, however you are only a few kilometeres from major shopping centres, trams, trains, themes parks, and the motorway that takes you north to Brisbane or south to Surfers Paradise.
