Quiet area, close to mtns, USU, city ctr, temple

Quiet neighborhood on a deadend street. Close to the mtns and central Logan. Next to a new park and walking areas, clean and comfortable. Excellent work space with plenty of good lighting and elect. outlets and comfortable chair. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! Plenty of light! A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer etc. I require 3 very good reviews from other hosts otherwise I reserve the right to decline your request

Bsmnt APARTMENT-Gorgeous East Bench-15 mi. to USU!

This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Beautiful 3000+ sq ft Private Basement w/Theater

Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

Wellsville Historic Electric Rail Depot Apartment

Unique 1 bedroom apartment in Historic Electric Train Depot in Wellsville Utah, Features a quaint kitchen with 12' ceilings on main level, Living space upstairs with split-King size bed and 60" wall mount TV on West end with dormer. Queen Sofa sleeper sleeps 2 with 65" TV on East end with dormer. Twin sofa sleeper sleeps 1. Full Bath right off master bedroom. Small study area in middle. Must be able to do stairs.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
