Villa Solbacka is a charming artist's home, built in 1913 and located in Billnäs, just 10 km from Fiskars village. The beautiful windows and other architectural details give the house an unique atmosphere. The house is decorated with solid old wooden furniture, many of them handmade. There are two fireplaces in the house. Outside the master bedroom there is a sunny balcony. The building is surrounded by majestetic pine-trees and maples. In the outbuiling there is a sauna and a small terrace.

A wonderful villa in the Nuuksio National Park

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Is there a hot climate in the southern Europe right now and still getting worse when the summer season goes ahead? Why wouldn't you make an alternative holiday trip to Finland? We don't have ice bears on the streets, not at all. What we have is a fresh, green and humid nature. The temperature approx. +20 and a bit cooler nights. Swimming, forest walkings, rowing boat and our especially friendly way to take care of our foreign guests. This is Finland, only 4 hours flight from your home.

Talon alkuperä on v. 1914. Huvilan henki on hiukan kuin omakotitalon ja mökin puolimaastossa. Persoonallinen hirsitalo on kuin Peppi Pitkätossun tarinasta, kaikki ei ole vielä lopullisesti maalissa - mutta ilmapiiri on tunnelmallinen. Relax in calm and stylish space with sauna, fireplace, lake and boat. Close to Helsinki (80km) Ideal place for you family vacations. Good equipped kitchen with quality finish designed dishes. Great fishing on the lake. Boat is included in rent price. Cottage has own pier (stairs down) and in 1,5 km is swimming beach. Electric cars can be charged. We use green power. Very quit place, beautiful nature, few houses in the area. Our house is last one and stand close to rocks.
