House with private pool and jacuzzi (NOT A HOT TUB) , 3 bedroom, 6 beds, 1 bathroom,kitchen with all utilities and garage. 15 min from international airport. El Yunque is as far as 35 minutes. Mall of San Juan is 15 min from the house. Plaza Carolina is 5 minutes away which has grocery store, restaurant and even has a movie theater. This is a really central place everything is really close. We live in a tropical island insects are part of our daily routine. We do pest control every two weeks.

As an island, and after Hurricane Maria you can face challenges as power & Wifi being repair. Normally everything is working. NOTE: We have a new Electric Company (LUMA) taking over in Puerto Rico and power can be out for short periods during the transition.
