Come stay in the most unique Danish Designed apartment in the charming town of SOLVANG. This apartment is the a replica of the famous round tower ( Rundetårn) that is in Copenhagen, Denmark. This “Round” 3 story apartment is located right in downtown Solvang so is within walking distance to everything in town. The apartment has everything from a large 80” big screen, WiFi is also provided and a beautiful view from the outside of the top of the towers outdoor patio area is amazing

Cute Studio near the Beach

This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.
