The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

Our newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom annex is situated in a wide tree lined road, a premier location just a few minutes walk away from the charming cafés, shops and restaurants of Hampton Court Village, Hampton Court Palace and local train station. Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.

The Pad. A Self Contained 1 Bedroom Annex.

Adjoining our period home in peaceful Oxhey Village, The Pad is a great place to unwind. There’s free Wi-Fi and off-street parking. And should you need it, EV charging is also available. At The Pad, you’ll be just 10 minutes’ walk from Bushey Station (17 minutes to London Euston). And there are three Underground stations within a 13-minute drive. For fans of the schoolboy wizard, Harry Potter World is just 18 minutes by car. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

It is a tranquil, spacious hideaway in Finchley.The tube station is 7 mins walk away and takes 25 mins to all London highlights.Separate bathroom+kitchenette The kingsize bed has elegant hotel bedlinen with luxurious duvets & Alpaca throws with a choice of plump feather or anti-allergy pillows.There is off street parking available and easy links to major airports. Quiet location but close to cafes and shops.

This self contained studio was an old garage, now with all you need for a short stay in the Essex countryside or a tube ride into central London it’s an ideal location. East London has so much to offer and your stay here comes with your own parking and a very unique and quirky place to relax and kick back. Now Added a secure and private small courtyard to relax and use during your stay .

The Hampton Court Hideaway

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage). Beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space is designed for 2 but can fit up to 3.
