A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

We are just 5 minutes from the station (15 minutes to Waterloo) and buses to the Wimbledon tennis grounds, with a 7-minute walk to Wimbledon Village. The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Down House, Hever Castle, Quebec House and many more local attractions are within a short distance as is Biggin Hill airport. Gatwick is only 30 minutes away and we can offer airport parking by arrangement. Pricing is for one bedroom or you can book 2 bedrooms for double the stated price. Continental breakfast is included.
