Sunny double room/balcony/shower/wc

Lovely sunny double bedroom, has its own shower/wc, and a balcony overlooking the private woods behind the house. It is close to Honor Oak Station with fast connections to Central London and Whitechapel. My guests share the kitchen and living rooms with myself and my small dog Charlie and I have wi fi and free view tv. There is a washing machine to use and you are very welcome to cook if you wish. It is very peaceful here and there is a great view over London too but it is also very easy to get into Central London. There are some good local restaurants as well. I like all of my guests to feel really relaxed here and you are welcome to tea and coffee at any time. I enjoy helping guests finding their way around London and having lived here a long time can suggest places to go as well.

Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Soft, silky Egyptian cotton linen w/ mattress toppers & down pillows allows best night’s sleep. Gated drive w/ free parking (up to 2 cars) and sunny walled garden. As your host and Londoner for many years I will be able to advise you in order for you to take advantage of your stay in London. I will try to accommodate all requests.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: Super King (small) 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays and bank holidays)

Delux Double bedroom with private bathroom .

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Private ensuite bathroom.

Historic Royal Greenwich contemporary style home

Superb transport links to London sights. Or within walking distance visit Greenwich Observatory and take a selfie straddling the Meridian Line to make your own mark in history. If you enjoy shopping artisan Greenwich Market has a mix of entrepreneurial stalls and niche boutique style shops. VisIt Greenwich Park and enjoy a picnic or try one of the many eateries or unique pubs. 20 paces away from your stay is the Guildford Arms with the most gorgeous garden for amazing alfresco dining.

At little Buckhurst we offer a quiet rural setting only an hour from the heart of London by car. You can walk to our local pub and local shops are close too. Down House, Hever Castle, Quebec House and many more local attractions are within a short distance as is Biggin Hill airport. Gatwick is only 30 minutes away and we can offer airport parking by arrangement. Pricing is for one bedroom or you can book 2 bedrooms for double the stated price. Continental breakfast is included.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.
