Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Cheerful 2-bdrm Cottage, treed backyard, lake view

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

The Pecan House

Escape to this cozy 1 bedroom retreat. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, but can host up to 4 people. Nestled in a pecan orchard, this charming space combines modern comforts with a touch of rustic style. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy king bed, walk-in shower and a private patio ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Visit us at Alford Family Farm just a short walk away. Seasonal farm activities are offered for an additional fee.

3 bed room house with old ship-lap walls and rustic charm. Originally moved to this location in 1945 and remodeled in 2020. This quiet gem is only minutes from lake Tawakoni. Central AC, ceramic tile shower with river rock base. Relaxing full size bed in the 2nd bed room and King in the master bedroom. Plenty of sitting room in the living room to relax and unplug. Deep porcelain tub with pedestal sink in the second bath, perfect for a bubble bath.

Whether you are visiting for rodeos, stockyard fun, or a getaway, this is the place for you!If you decided to stay and decide to bring your horses, a negative coggins test is required at check in!

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

Pecan Acres Ranch

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace.
