Plan the perfect date in this romantic studio space perfect for spa lovers. one flight downstairs in our shared home, with private entry! Located in a relaxed and quiet neighborhood in Queens. This basement unit is always romantically set up, best for couples celebrating a special occasion. (No events no visits allowed) It's definitely one of the most romantic Airbnbs in the area! with its own private hot tub you can use for 2 hours 10pm to 12am. Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house.
