Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. There’s the “H2O poolside bar & grill”, as well as a Starbucks coffee in the 1st floor market. The “Market Bar” serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner items and carries beach essentials. You never have to leave the resort, but if you do there’s many restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. *arm bands are included in the price and are in the condo.*

Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
