At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Go fishing or exploring wild pelicans and black swans by kayaks or play pingpong/air hockey in the garage, it’s all by your choice.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

700 metres either way to the beach or lake, shops, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy a get away at Long Jetty on the NSW Central Coast. Only 1.5hrs from Sydney's CBD, The Studio offers comfort and privacy. Newly built with quality inclusions and parking at your door. Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.

Serenity by the Lake - Waterfront Romantic Getaway

‘Serenity by the Lake’ is a beautifully, relaxed and modern private waterfront property situated in one of the most idyllic locations on Lake Macquarie with views of the lake from every window. Swim, fish, kayak and stand up paddle board (all included) on the lake. The warmth of the fire pit, toasting marshmallows whilst watching the magical Lake's sun set.

The Lakehouse

Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.
