Everything is a short walk including all the shops and restaurants of Siesta Village. Very private fenced in yard with plenty of comfy furniture and barbecue:) Very nice size stainless steel/granite kitchen with a dining room and a large sunken living room. Both the living room and the bedroom open to the private patio!

Nestled on the serene Crescent Street, this classic 1969 cottage, is just a short walk to the ground quartz sands of Siesta Key. The 500 sq foot private brick paver and stone backyard off the screened in lanai is fully fenced with custom built stainless outdoor kitchen, featuring a large grill, refrigerator, custom built stone bar with seating for 8 . Nearby is a blue glass gas fire pit with a seating area, over sized (9 ft. diameter) in ground "spool", loungers and a large circular daybed.

Welcome to Sea Waves, our newly renovated home which is the First Floor of a 2-story property at the North-end of Anna Maria Island. It includes 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private dock, and an unobstructed, natural view of Bimini Bay. Smart TV, WiFi, free Netflix, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen are available. You can sailboat directly to Bimini Bay, walk to Pine Ave and City Pier, or eat in nearby restaurants. Our private home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation in AMI!

Coconut Cottage only steps away from the beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. 2 bedroom,1 bath. The entire cottage has been renovated. Next door to the local famous Kooky Coconut Cafe. Perfect for couple, friends or small families. ONLY 3 GUESTS ALLOWED. NO sleeping on the sofa ALLOWED. If you bring more then 3 guests you will be charged $100.00 surcharge per night per extra guest. Due to cleaning restriction we DO NOT allow cooking with CURRY or FISH OIL in the cottage.

The cottage has two parking spots for guests use and Siesta Key beach is steps away with a private beach entrance. The cottage was built from the ground up completed in 2016 and it has all you need for a relaxing stay! Our association is on the free bus line which will take you all over the island. Siesta Key Village is a short ride away for a night out, dining or shopping.
