Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.

It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

It is situated on a large section with a lovingly maintained garden, making it suitable for a family get away or for use when in town on a business trip. The Esplanade and river walk are only 800m away and the CBD is a quick 1.5km drive. We are also in close proximity to Massey University and UCOL. Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
