The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Set on a picturesque equestrian property the studio is adjacent to main residence, accessed by its own entrance. The perfect location being only a short bike ride away from the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle boasting a choice of 10 award winning vineyards incl Te Awa, Trinity Hill & Ngatarawa. Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

Stylish 70sq, recently renovated with two queen bedrooms separated by a spacious living area. BBQ, oven, grill, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, cook top. Listen to bird song while soaking in the HOT SPA. New insulation, double glazing great for all season temperatures. Heaters, electric blankets.

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

The Little Shoehorn is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Havelock North Village. Nestled amongst the trees and overlooking the Mangarau Stream, this stand alone studio offers privacy and relaxation after a busy day of exploring Hawkes Bay. With Te Mata Peak on the doorstep and local wineries a must visit, the Little Shoehorn is a perfect place to base yourself whilst exploring the beautiful region.
