Located two blocks off the main road to Boulder, you'll enjoy easy access to city amenities while being away from busy traffic. The unit is adjacent to the owner's house and backyard. It is also across the street from a church that has had events during the day and can produce noise from events.

Modern Recently Built Carriage House in Prospect

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Welcome to Tulip House, your cozy retreat for all your Colorado adventures! Located in Northern Longmont a mile from the stunning McIntosh Lake, this one-bedroom guest suite has a private entrance through the garage with a designated garage parking spot, a spacious living area with a kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, a comfy queen bed, a 1-2 person sleeper sofa, and a queen air mattress. The expansive backyard includes a patio, hammock, and bouldering shed!
