Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

La struttura, dotata di parcheggio privato, giardino con terrazzo attrezzato di lettini prendi sole, ombrelloni, sdraio, barbecue, WIFI, punto lavanderia, è vicino spiaggia e attrazioni.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

La struttura completamente ristrutturata nell'anno 2022 è dotata di cucina abitabile, una camera da letto, un bagno e un cortile privato dotato di gazebo e di una zona pranzo (tavolo e sedie). In pieno centro storico, la struttura è posta in un antico palazzo storico in cui vige la tranquillità. Saremo lieti di accogliere voi e i vostri amici pelosi.
