Welcome to "Cottage in the Pines", with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this is the perfect place for a well-deserved getaway. Enjoy an early morning breakfast on the screened-in deck and spend a relaxing evening outside by the firepit. This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

The Waterfall cabin is located in a quiet romantic setting with your very own waterfall just steps away from the cabin. This cabin is ADULT only and has a maximum occupancy of two. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows in the open fire pit. The cabin is just minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, gift shops, eatery's, brewery's, bath houses and some of the best hiking trails in Arkansas. The cabin does have a DVD player with movies, games and puzzles.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
